Amount per Serving : L-Arginine Alpha Keto-Glutarate (AAKG): 3000mg CRTS2 (Controlled Release Technology & Support System): 1897mg Methocel™ (Micro-Polymer Hydrophillic Ether Matrix) Phosphaplexx™ (Calcium Phosphate, Di-Potassium Phosphate & Sodium Phosphate) 2CM™ (Dicreatine Malate) L-Citrulline NAD (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide) Folic Acid (Folate)
Other Ingredients : Magnesium stearate.
Directions: Take 3 tablets 3 times per day (everyday). Take the first dosage in the morning on an empty stomach, the second dosage before lunch on an empty stomach, and the third dosage before dinner on an empty stomach. It is recommended to take Nitrix on an empty stomach approximately 30 minutes before each meal. Taking with food or on a full stomach, ephedra, or high amounts of glutamine will dimish its effects.

I like nitrix but taking 12 pills a day, after this is over going to try an AEE.
